7 songs in the Soundtracks. My memory was more.

Let it be emphasized: this was a hand-drawn effort. No computer graphics yet.

It's unfortunate that I couldn't have rated this when I first saw it, because I remember really loving this. Among the plusses:

  • The humor, especially the logic of the "lives" of toons.
  • Bringing together animation and humans to the extent that a toon would move things in the real world.
  • Having Warner toons together with Disney (and Betty Boop, Woody Woodpecker).
  • Performances by BH, CL, JC in live action.
  • Incorporating the history of transportation in LA (Red Cars vs. freeways).
Also listened to the c.track with 5 of the behind-camera people, including RZ. Not really worth the time.
