Watched online, mediocre image, weak sound.

~60 songs in the Soundtracks, at least 1 performed by a cast member (JB) onscreen.

I don't know why, but when I looked at the IMDb page, I thought I wouldn't like this. But the rating was so high, I couldn't ignore it.

Part of the problem is the print. The sound is the antithesis of the title: tinny and uneven. The music was loud and the dialog soft, so I couldn't find a level that would allow me to hear the spoken word without blasting the music. Therefore I struggled to hear what was said.

However (can we get some more conjunctions queued up please), what was being said was drivel. I don't care about this guy's romantic troubles, and imagine that only similar guys would, but maybe that's the majority of who votes on IMDb. JohnC is nice to look at, but this character is shallow and self-centered with the values of a 9th grade boy. Or so it seemed to me.

Avoid.
