Good but somehow not great. This is among my favorite operas, but this performance seems a bit tepid.
This "new production" seems only to have new costumes for Tosca. The sets seem very similar to past productions, but the libretto is very specific about the real Rome locations involved, so they don't really have a lot of flexibility.
I was hoping Isabel Leonard was Tosca, but she was just the host.
