Per IMDb, this was filmed summer '93, in the midst of MR being on Seinfeld ('89-'98), and in the midst of AS and CF being on SNL ('90-'95 and '90-'96, respectively). But I didn't find Lorne Michaels on the cast/crew page for this film.
This is mildly amusing, despite the horrid plot because of the performances. The poster boys (1st 3 credited) are the band members. CF & EH are cops. JM is the DJ, MM is the station manager, MR is a worker at the station. JN is a record exec.
