This was "horror" only in the sense that DC & mom TB (b. '43) are vampires, and TD wants to kill them and/or others. But there's zero fright/gore/killing. The emphasis is on comedy.
DC talks to an alternate version of himself throughout the film, and occasionally mugs at us, the audience.
TB is a dancer; 1st film credit in '64 (she has 3 more after this, all this year for a total of 19). She does a few good moves here, but nothing sustained or interesting. She is not the woman in the poster; that's DC's love interest.
Shrug-worthy, but not a 5 because the music is ok and DC is sorta engaging.
