I'm put off by the baby-talk voices (except Tony Randall, whose character seems deliberately annoying by script, and he provided a voice to match), and by the Sat.morning cartoon sound effects (NB: classic Looney Tunes were film shorts, not made for TV.) So I really didn't follow the story, nor could I identify any character in a lineup.
It took a lot of self control not to shut this off. But it's not intended for me, it's a child's film. Rated 6.0 by 2.2k+ IMDb voters, so it's not universally beloved; looking at the distribution, we have a big bar (34%) at 10, which is always suspicious (because it's far from the average). But it is appropriate that the lowest age range (under 18) has the highest score, and over 45 has the lowest average.
