14 songs in the Soundtracks, all in the score except Babysitting Blues. Although this isn't a music/al, I remember it fondly for the music, and smiled starting at the first moments because of the opening music, and seemingly every underscore is terrific.
4th of 40+ film credits for ES (b. '63). She has some TV credits before this too.
She's playing a hs senior who drives a BIG station wagon, her mother's car with wood paneling, into Chicago with 2 frosh boys and her charge, played by a 10 yo, looking younger. They're trying to rescue friend PM, but have many escapades before they get to her. The event on the poster didn't happen that way.
The members in the car bond over the events, and make a few friends along the way. I remembered the brief appearance of Vincent D'Onofrio as the garage owner thought to be Thor by the little girl; he's beefcake here, extra lean and muscular, not to mention blonde.
This is great fun, and should be watched every 2 years or so.
Previously rated 8; I'm bumping this up today.
