The Road to Hong Kong (1962), 6 b/w, ws {nm}

Mistaken identity and the acquisition of a rare Tibetan herb put two buffoonish con men on the wrong side of a secret organization geared toward world domination.
Approved | 1h 31min | Comedy, Sci-Fi | 29 March 1962 | b/w, ws
Director: Norman Panama
Stars: Bing Crosby, Bob Hope, Joan Collins, Robert Morley.
Jack Baker ... choreographer
Sheila Meyers ... choreographer

5 songs performed, some twice. They do sing and dance, but this is not tagged as music/al.

The last, yet again pleasant, excursion on a Hope/Crosby road. The most recent trip was in '52. I like that this one mentions the others, and lists the dangers BH has faced to make $, right before he faces yet another.

When they were force-fed bananas in the space capsule, I was strongly reminded of Charlie Chaplin in Modern Times ('36).

Dorothy Lamour appears near the end to save the day, but she does not finish with them. Cute cameo at the very end, ala the Martin & Lewis bit in '52, but with Martin and a different friend.
