Watched online, mediocre print.

7 songs in the Soundtracks, 1 with no performer.

Remake of Kid Galahad (1937, nm).

After the match, which EP won, EP's 1st sparring partner gets invited over to a bunch of guys playing guitar, and he's being asked to sing. Since he's a good guy, he invites EP too, and invites him to sing instead. He does, of course, and the sparrer says "oh, so you sing too". We never hear the sparring partner, and he soon leaves the film, but comes back for a short time later.

The film isn't terribly interesting, just ok.

10th of 31 films for EP. We're in the zone where he does 3 per year ('62-'69 his last film year). I'm burned out from watching him, and this is only the 2nd this year. I can't imagine what it was like filming them.
