Charlotte Greenwood, long-limbed and lithe, with a face for comedy. I would have bought this specifically for her. Unfortunately, this barely qualifies as a musical. Although they sing several songs, and she does some of the leg moves she's famous for, the cover photo promises more than the movie delivers in that regard.
.
This was the first movie in this sequence to have a score under all the scenes except for one brief stretch, which made it feel more "modern" than the quieter entries.
.
The wife-swapping plot was so innocent, this wouldn't even qualify for pre-code status.
