Watched online; horrible picture, passable sound.

I didn't follow the plot very well: what was the product the tourist bought in large quantity even though he didn't want it? Who was the girl on the ship who acted like they were a couple, but called him Mr. Whatever? Does BB have parents in this film? He's old enough to drive a cab?

He sings a lot (given this was only an hour), and romances the girl for our tourist with his serenades. Other than that, this is completely skippable.

9Sep2020 update: watched again (bought discs). I caught a scene with BB & a woman who compared him with his father: _was_ biggest liar in town. I think she was his mother. I don't think the shipboard girl came back. The product... a MacGuffin perhaps. Amazing that BB is gone after this film; only 1 cameo later. Did his voice change already, or did he walk away? Or were these films just too bad to continue? I'll upgrade to 5+ for singing, but I doubt that paying better attention will yield more pleasure.
