Definitely a musical. Submitted genre addition to IMDb. ST sings and taps a lot. She appears self-conscious, and sings off key a few times. The best moments are when CG does her signature rubber-hipped kicks, splits, and hand+feet walking, only in the final scene.

Although this is in the Tap! Appendix for ST, JO & CG, their tapping does not impress me as being stellar. But their dances are definitely "featured".

ST is again playing an orphan, but she doesn't know it. One of the plot threads is if/when/how she'll find out.

I definitely like JO. He really wants to entertain us. Likewise CG, of course.
