7 songs in the Soundtracks without performer designations.

I don't know that color would help much. This is a revue with the thinnest, most obvious plot tacked on: the troubles of producing a revue. It's held in an enormous nightclub with an enormous stage (they hold a mini 3-ring circus complete with pony, baby elephant, and chimps occupying each ring.) When filming the stage, the camera is either orthogonal to it from various distances, or it's suspended 30' above the stage and 60 degrees right of center. The dancing is mostly just showgirl moves, even by the men.

I'm not impressed with MW singing. She had a singing career, but she's got a face for radio, and delivers each song here with exactly the same inflection. And her costumes were awful: high-necked, and one cocktail dress had short sleeves while the chorus girls are scantily clad. This is her 2nd of 4 films; didn't find the 1st, the next is a dubbing gig, and in the last she's a "Guest at Heartland" in Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band ('78).

Last of 10 films for sister BW. 56th of 78 films for FT.

The absence of quality is consistent throughout.
