I really don't love Eddie Cantor. But Busby Berkeley did the dance directing here, and I'm loyal to him. Goldwyn Girls to watch for: Betty Grable (taking a birthday cake order), Paulette Goddard, Toby Wing (never a star, but frequently featured in BB sequences), Virginia Grey. Nope, didn't spot any of them; the Louise Brooks hairdo looked less like Paulette this time.

Charlotte Greenwood has a large role. George Raft is featured. Those pleasures play strong second to the signature Berkeley dance numbers/ synchronized movement.

I heard a definite mention of the market crash. This movie was released almost 2 full years after it.
