I started this at least 5 times, falling asleep 4 of them. I couldn't tell you anything more about the plot than the synopsis, except he has 3 extra obstacles: any angry pedestrian who wants to press charges for his reckless driving (drag racing on the streets/alleys), a landlord (DT) who wants back rent, and a punk who strips cars only to plant the loot on him.
I know/don't even know if he got the car built. He did catch the punk.
I would give this a 4, but I suspect it's mostly the fault of the bad print,
